The view from my King Room with Garden View was absolutely stunning, providing a serene escape right in the heart of the city.

Unfortunately, the internet connection was very slow and frequently dropped, which was quite disruptive for my work tasks during my stay.

I tell ya, I had the best stay! They upgraded me 'cause my room wasn't ready, and I got to enjoy some outta this world views from up on the fourth floor. The staff were so kind, especially Jesse with that big ol’ smile. Plus, the food was just mouthwaterin’. Can't beat that!

Location stood out, with easy access to nearby attractions. Enjoyed the swimming pool, perfect for relaxation after a long day. I got upgraded to a junior suite, though the view wasn't fantastic. The bed was quite comfortable, but the pillows were stiff and not supportive. The service was where I saw room for improvement. I faced issues with inconsistent breakfast buffet refills, which often left diners waiting too long for basic options. Additionally, my room was not thoroughly cleaned. I noticed sticky floors and old towels. Definitely needs attention for a better guest experience. Overall, I appreciated my stay, but some service aspects could enhance the overall satisfaction.

No convenient pedestrian entrance!!! Pedestrian escalators are broken down, forcing guests to cross the garage to access elevators. Noise from the hall and restaurant can disturb sleep – not ideal for light sleepers!!!

my stay at amaryllis hotel was delightful! the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. the reservation system was super smooth, making my travel plans easier. plus, the staff were really friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. i also enjoyed the stunning views from my king room with garden view, it felt cozy and comfortable.

This place was a fitting option for a quick trip in Blantyre with all in all brilliant value for money. I appreciated the efficient reservation process, which made checking in a breeze despite my last-minute arrival. Try to ask for a room away from the casino side for a quieter night.

Rooms have stunning views and are well-furnished, creating a cozy atmosphere. Complementary treats as an apology show exceptional customer care. However, the food service had some shortcomings, like lacking basic items such as a banana smoothie, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber.

After contactin the hotel, I noticed the ease and efficiency of the reservation system was fantastic. Changing my arrival date and requesting shuttle service was such a smooth process, it really calmed the stress of my travel plans.

It wasn’t cheap. But overall it was acceptable, yet I did expect better value.
